WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

UPON RECIEPT OF HOLDING FEE OF ______________________ THIS KITTEN/CAT WILL BE HELD FOR PURCHASER UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE. PURCHASER MUST PAY ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

HOLDING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS FOR SOME UNFORSEEN REASON , SUCH AS A HEALTH PROBLEM, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CAT/KITTEN YOU CHOOSE.

FINAL PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS DUE ON OR BEFORE _________ / __________ / __________

This kitten/cat is guaranteed healthy upon selling. Purchaser is advised to take this kitten/cat to a vet (at the purchaser’s expense) for examination within 5 days of receiving kitten/cat. If this kitten/cat is found by the veterinarian to be unfit for sale, Purchaser may return this kitten/cat within 5 days for a full refund of purchase price. If this kitten dies from any hereditary or congenital defect within one year of purchase date, a full refund of purchase price shall be given upon receipt of proof of the defect in the form of a complete necropsy report, completed by a licensed veterinarian.

The Purchaser agrees to keep this kitten/cat in a clean and pleasant environment, with proper nutrition, health care and companionship. Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. This cat is sold as an indoor cat and shall never be allowed to roam freely outside.

Purchaser agrees to have this kitten/cat sold as a PET spayed or neutered and provide proof of such procedure to seller within 3 months of purchase date.

Purchaser agrees that this kitten/cat sold as a BREEDER will be kept and bred solely by Purchaser and ownership will not be transferred to another party without prior written consent of Seller.

Purchaser agrees to contact seller prior to transfer ownership or other placement of this kitten/cat. Should the purchaser become unable to provide proper care for this kitten/cat Purchaser may return this kitten/cat back to the Seller at any time during the life of this kitten/cat. Otherwise the Seller will assist in finding alternate placement.

Seller will not assume liability for the cost of veterinary examinations, diagnostic work, treatment or any other expenses. Expenses, if any, directly or indirectly related to this kitten/cat will be sole responsibility of Purchaser.

All parties agree that this contract shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. It is further agreed that any causes of action arising under this contract or relating to the sale of this kitten/cat shall be filed within the jurisdiction of the State of Nebraska.
